Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time hybrid role based in Baltimore, MD, with opportunities for remote work. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
Monitor and document vital signs and health conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and family members to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management
Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or community healthcare
Strong clinical skills with a solid understanding of nursing care procedures and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
