Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to manage front desk duties and provide light administrative support. The role focuses on validating and processing expense reports, sending internal communications, and assisting with travel and purchasing requests. This is a receptionist-level position to start, with potential for growth in responsibilities and pay based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office environment
+ Validate and organize employee expense reports
+ Prepare reimbursement forms and submit to the purchasing office
+ Send internal directive emails and updates
+ Process approved travel and purchase requests
+ Coordinate with remote Operations Manager on routine office tasks
+ Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
+ Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
+ Strong attention to detail; organized and dependable
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
+ Clear verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and follow instructions
