Job Summary

As a Customer Success Specialist , your mission is to enhance the experience of our customers beyond their initial visit. Through proactive follow-up calls, you'll ensure they're delighted with their purchase, answer questions, and encourage them to share their experiences through online reviews and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster Relationships: Build strong, positive connections with customers by understanding their needs and celebrating their successes with our products.
  • Customer Check-ins: Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  • Solicit Reviews & Referrals: Encourage satisfied customers to share their experiences through online reviews and recommend us to family and friends.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain records of customer interactions to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to ensure customers' voices are heard and needs are met.
  • Assist with Programs: Support the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience, such as loyalty programs or educational workshops.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to solving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online review management is a plus.
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce a plus)
  • Experience using an outbound phone dialer platform
