Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full credentialing and re-credentialing process for all providers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with payer and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, billing, and clinical departments to streamline onboarding.
• Monitor expirations, renewals, and licensure updates.
• Develop and improve credentialing policies and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of credentialing experience in healthcare or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payer and regulatory credentialing requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
