**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. This role involves picking, packing, and stocking various items, from large metal or PVC piping to small fasteners or endcaps, depending on the phase of the construction project. The ideal candidate will have a experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable with physical tasks. **Responsibilities** + Use RF scan gun to locate inventory. + Correctly pick, pack, and pull items according to type and quantity. + Operate pallet-jack, fork-lift, and push cart as needed. + Organize the staging area by priority. + Maintain a clean work environment, including sweeping and mopping. + Operate computers at the will-call booth. + Assist customers, both internal and external, with item look-ups, availability, and order placement. + Preferred warehouse or labor experience. + Ability to count accurately. + Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver 100 lbs. + Experience with RF devices and fork-lift operations. + English communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in order picking, warehouse operations, and using RF devices is highly desirable. + Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, order pulling, and using a pallet jack. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a great long-term opportunity with significant potential for professional growth. The job is indoor/outdoor regardless of the weather, which can be very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. We seek someone comfortable working in these conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
