Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Senior Principal Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant one of its clients in Boston, hybrid

Job Title: Senior Principal Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud consultant, with direct involvement in at least 1 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PPM core modules, with hands-on exposure in at least two areas such as Project Costing, Project Billing, or Project Financial Planning.
• Practical experience in the full implementation lifecycle: solution design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment.
• Strong foundational consulting skills including communication, requirements gathering, documentation, and problem-solving.
• A growth mindset with demonstrated eagerness to learn, take on responsibility, and grow within a consulting environment.
• Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over tasks and deliverables.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced project environments.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional client-facing demeanor.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field.

NICE TO HAVE

• Oracle Cloud PPM certifications
• Exposure to adjacent Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, EPM)
• Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery teams
• Previous consulting experience with a recognized systems integrator or consulting firm

Work Site : Boston, hybrid

Duration: 6+ months

Expected Start Date : Immediate
