Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform customer training both on-site and remotely, and interpret customer requirements to develop practical solutions.
• Facilitate the functional demonstration of newly assembled systems by conducting acceptance tests at the Thermo Fisher Scientific production facility or after installation at customer sites.
• Serve as a specialist in within the life science domain.
• Support R&D, product development, marketing, and sales by lending applications expertise.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in interacting with customers, service engineers, product marketing managers, and R&D teams.
• Strong communication and inter-cultural skills.
• Capability to operate autonomously as well as cooperatively within a group setting.
• Outstanding skill in translating customer needs into actionable solutions.
• 8 years' competence in within the life science domain and a bachelor's degree or advanced degree or equivalent work experience.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on inter-cultural understanding.
• Experience in conducting training and facilitating demonstrations.
