Job Description

Senior Business Analyst needs 6 years of professional experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support or as a super user or auditor preferred
Senior Business Analyst requires:
-hybrid in Woburn, MA or Cary, NC office ( Tues- Thurs in office and M/F from home)
-Six years of experience bringing robust, scalable Salesforce solutions to market require
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications, including cloud solutions preferred
-Experience working with native Salesforce reporting as well as external reporting systems preferred
-Experience with data mapping and data migration strongly preferred
-Certified Business Analysis Professional or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis certification preferred.
-Experience in tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate preferred.
-- Approximately 15% travel may be required in support of the position's responsibilities.
Senior Business Analyst duties:
-Provide forward-thinking vision to collaboratively design cross-functional processes and solutions to global business challenges.
-Present flexible, scalable, and supportable options to stakeholders and help them vet alternatives that support project and business objectives.
-Proactively identify ways by which IT can add value to business teams to provide thought leadership and improve processes and effectively communicate them to key stakeholders.
-Collaborate with, and facilitate communication between, IT and business partners to drive change.

Salary: $ 56.00 Per Hour
