Job Title: Salesforce QA Lead

Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing, motivated, and strategic Salesforce QA Lead to transform the QA/testing processes across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Health, Marketing, Experience). The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on testing expertise to ensure high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the QA strategy for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
Lead, mentor, and coach QA engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and performance management.
Oversee test planning, execution, and defect triage activities.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness, quality metrics, and release decisions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Salesforce Admins, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear acceptance criteria and high-quality solutions.
Manage Salesforce sandbox environments, develop test data strategies, and validate data migration efforts.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test plans.
Utilize test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr, ADO) and manage defect lifecycles.
Communicate complex Salesforce concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Work within Agile methodology participate in estimation, sprint planning, and ceremonies.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of QA experience, including 7+ years in Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
5+ years of experience leading QA teams with proven coaching and strategy-setting skills.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security (Profiles, Permission Sets, FLS, Sharing Rules, Encryption), declarative configuration, programmatic customization, and integrations (REST, middleware).
Hands-on experience in designing and executing test plans for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Proficiency in managing Salesforce sandboxes, test data strategies, and data migration validations.
Experience with test management tools: Jira + Xray/Zephyr, Azure DevOps (ADO).
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid understanding of Agile methodology and practices.

ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification.
Hands-on experience testing Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom integrations.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium, Testim, or Katalon.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines: SFDX/CLI, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
Understanding of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR).
