Mandatory Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) (or Associates degree plus an additional 5 years' experience)
5+ years experience in a project management role for systems replacement initiatives
Demonstrated competency utilizing waterfall and incremental project approaches
Ability to work independently
LOCAL Candidates Preferred
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the PM role for Tyler Technologies license and permitting platform (formerly known as enerGOV).
Experience as a Project Manager in state, county, or city governments or non-profit sector
PMP or other project management certification
