We’re a handmade children’s clothing boutique that’s been creating made-to-order, made-to-last pieces for 8 years. Every fabric is custom printed in-house , and we partner with amazing local and home-based seamstresses across the U.S. to help families do what they love — and earn doing it.

We’re fun, fast-paced, and a little loud (in the best way). We swear a little, laugh a lot, and get ish DONE.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Quality control on printed fabrics and finished products
• Cutting and prepping outfits
• Shipping to customers and seamstresses
• Tracking invoices and orders (no missed details — ever)
• Managing fabric and supply inventory
• Keeping the owner (that’s me!) organized and on schedule
• Handling administrative duties like ordering fabric, paper, and supplies

Basically: you’re the glue that holds our creative chaos together.

What We’re Looking For

• Ultra-organized (Type-A energy only — you live for systems and checklists)
• Self-starter who spots what needs to be done before being asked
• Meticulous to the point that a missed detail haunts your dreams
• Punctual and reliable — you’re on time, every time
• Communicator extraordinaire — no ghosting tasks or people
• Fun, upbeat personality — this isn’t a boring office job! We laugh. A lot.
• Loves books (bonus points if you adore a good psychological thriller)
• Loves music (yes, we’re Swifties — but we dabble in everything from 90’s jams to country classics)
• Handles stress like a champ and doesn’t crumble under a deadline
• NO smoking or recreational drug use — we’re all about good vibes and great work

Pay

$13–$18/hour based on experience and hustle
