Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Picker / Packers to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, fast-paced, and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from warehouse shelves using order sheets or scanners

• Verify product codes, quantities, and packaging requirements

• Pack and label items securely for shipment

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Operate pallet jacks or carts safely

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred (but not required)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
