OB Surgical Technician provides patient care by scrubbing surgical cases. Assists with and provides appropriate supplies and equipment for vaginal deliveries. Performs a variety of non-nursing functions including clerical functions.

Job Requirements:
Education requirements: Satisfactory completion of OR Technician course or equivalent on the job training for at least one year.
Work experience requirements: One year hospital experience preferred.
Required licenses/ certifications/courses ORT certification required within six (6) months from start date as of January 2008; obtains 15 CEU’s annually. CPR certification & NRP certification
