Boutique Trial Firm | National Clients | Real Courtroom Experience

We're a nationally respected boutique litigation firm based in NYC-and we're looking to hire a Litigation Associate who's ready for real courtroom work, not document review. This is a trial-focused role where you'll manage your own caseload, work directly with partners, and build a serious litigation career.

Insurance Defense
Core Responsibilities:
Regular court appearances (state & federal)
Handle depositions, motions, and trial preparation
Draft legal documents with precision
Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and clients
Maintain control of your caseload with proper support
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
MUST have 2-3 years of litigation experience (Insurance Defense or Personal Injury Defense strongly preferred)
Must be admitted to the New York Bar (New Jersey Bar is a plus-not a replacement)
Proven writing and oral advocacy skills
Composure in court and initiative in case handling
