Job Description You will play a key role in managing the enterprise mobility ecosystem, providing Tier 2-3 level support. Your responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, troubleshooting issues, performing factory resets, and coordinating the shipping of mobile devices across the organization. In addition, you will deploy, manage, and maintain mobile applications, ensuring timely updates, patches, and version control. This position requires expertise in resolving technical challenges related to Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and app deployment, while supporting the architecture, engineering, maintenance, and operation of the MDM platform and its associated infrastructure. You will respond to end-user support requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance mobile performance and reliability, and maintain comprehensive documentation for mobile device and application management processes. Managing endpoint lifecycle activities-including feature updates and system upgrades-is essential, as is partnering with the IT Security team to enforce and uphold mobile security policies and procedures. Finally, you will take on additional responsibilities as needed to strengthen mobility infrastructure and deliver an exceptional user experience.
