**Job Title: Assembly Specialist** **Job Description** In this position, candidates will work off of blueprints or shop drawings to assemble a variety of production machinery, heavy equipment and enclosures for electrical distribution centers. You will use a variety of power tools on a daily basis to build projects to customer specifications. **Responsibilities** + Assemble enclosures and components for heavy equipment using blueprints and shop drawings. + Use hand, power, and air tools for assembly and fastening tasks. + Inspect and test finish builds to ensure work is accurately completed + Collaborate with a team to ensure efficient assembly processes. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of mechanical experience in assembly, working on vehicles, or relevant mechanical experience + Previous experience using power OR air tools. **Work Environment** The facility is clean and well-lit, and climate controlled throughout the year for a very comfortable work environment. The facility comprises three areas: machining/fabrication, assembly, and warehouse / distribution center. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Shawano, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
