**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will be using hand and power tools to assemble stainless steel medical cabinets and CO2 incubators. This role requires you to work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily production targets. You will also be responsible for assembling wired components and electrical connections into products, ensuring precision and quality. Your work will involve standing at your station throughout the day, utilizing tools such as hammers, pliers, wire cutters, and screwdrivers. **Responsibilities** + Assemble stainless steel medical cabinets and CO2 incubators using hand and power tools. + Work collaboratively in a team while independently completing assigned products. + Assemble wired components and electrical connections into products. + Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints accurately. + Utilize tools such as hammers, pliers, wire cutters, and screwdrivers to assemble nuts, bolts, and other components. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" without assistance. + Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical assembly. + Competence in reading blueprints and work instructions. + Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience with electrical component integration. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Background in construction, landscaping, installation, or as a technician. + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand throughout the workday. + Strong preference for candidates with job longevity. **Why Work Here?** We offer regular pay increases every six months, alongside comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and a 401K plan with company match. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be standing at your work station for the duration of your shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
