Course: Marriage and Family
This course is designed as a practical look at marriage and family life with emphasis on understanding social science research on marriage and family life and its present and future applications to the lives of students.
What You Will Do:
Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
What You Will Bring:
*Professional or Teaching experience required
Preferred: PhD in Sociology OR
Social Work
Minimum: Master’s in the above areas with Marriage and Family coursework
Exceptions may be granted to individuals with a Master’s in any field and has substantial teaching experience
