We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Associate to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will blend strategic marketing expertise with administrative support to drive brand engagement and streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to enhance productivity and contribute to the company's growth.
The salary range will be $50,000 - $70,000 DOE in addition to strong benefits, bonus opportunities, and the opportunity to make a real impact on the overall company!

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements that align with the company's brand identity.
- Analyze and monitor marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing events to engage target audiences.
- Prepare formal responses to Requests for Information, including Statements of Qualifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage organizational schedules and deadlines, maintaining logs and files to support efficient marketing operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Controller, including tasks such as license renewals and processing vendor invoices.
- Coordinate project bid documentation, including reproduction, shipping, and maintaining updated plan holder lists.
- Log and manage project submittals, ensuring proper distribution and filing in both physical and electronic formats.
- Maintain well-organized records and files to support smooth office functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven ability to execute successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messaging.
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to collaborate and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
