Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Manual QA Tester to join a financial industry clients QA Team. Testers will support the team on software development projects and systems reviews of varying scale following uniform testing protocals. They will also develop and execute test scripts, conduct defect reports, participate in requirement reviews, evaluate and generate test cases, complete peer reviews, report test case results and join team meetings as necessary. There will be three weeks of training after which testers will work mostly autonomously on web, mobile, IVR, client, and mainframe applications.

Skills And Requirements BA in a relevant field or comparable experience/education
4+ years of working experience with software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles and methodologies
4+ years of experience executing and writing test cases
Understanding of structured environments for development, test,ing and production
Experience or training with one or more of the following tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project or similar tools
Experience testing one of the following: IVR, Mobile applications, Web Applications, Client Applications, and/or Mainframes Financial industry experience
Experience with test management and testing tools such as HP ALM (Quality Center) or Q Test null
