Job Title: Experienced Insurance Producer

Location: Trussville, Al

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and providing customized insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Prospecting:  Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.

Consultation and Needs Analysis:  Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess risk exposures and provide tailored insurance solutions. Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options.

Quoting and Proposal Development:  Prepare and present accurate and competitive insurance quotes and proposals according to state, company and insurer standards.

Policy Issuance and Documentation:  Facilitate the application and underwriting process, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of insurance policies. Maintain detailed and organized client records.

Renewals and Client Retention:  Manage policy renewals, communicate with clients, and offer updated coverage options. Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

Networking and Relationship Building:  Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network. Collaborate with other professionals to expand referral networks.

Compliance and Ethical Practices:  Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or Sales Representative in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
