$55,000 – $70,000 annually + Competitive Variable

About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative – Dental Laboratory Division is a critical, revenue-generating role responsible for accelerating SprintRay adoption across dental laboratories in the United States. This position focuses heavily on outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and converting new business, while supporting existing lab accounts through high-quality communication and customer engagement.

You will partner closely with Lab Division leadership, Marketing, Customer Support, and the Field Sales team to help labs implement SprintRay technology, expand workflows, and strengthen their connectivity with clinicians.

This is a high-activity, growth-oriented sales role ideal for someone hungry, competitive, and excited to build a new and rapidly expanding segment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Outbound Sales
  • Own daily outbound outreach including cold calls, warm follow-up calls, targeted email sequences, and qualification conversations.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline with consistent activity metrics and conversion performance.
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-potential lab accounts across the U.S.

Sales Execution & Account Management
  • Conduct needs assessments and educate labs on SprintRay technology, workflows, ROI, and clinical ecosystem connectivity.
  • Present product demonstrations (virtual or in-person) and guide prospects through evaluation and purchasing decisions.
  • Manage the full inside-sales cycle from prospecting to closing supported opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM data (Salesforce), including opportunity updates, activity logging, and forecasting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Lab Division leadership to target strategic segments and execute go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Support, Training, and Marketing to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing success.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve messaging, campaigns, products, and lab workflows.

Events & Brand Representation
  • Represent SprintRay at industry trade shows, lab events, and conferences.
  • Support field events, partner programs, and key customer visits when needed (approx. 15-15% travel).

Customer Ecosystem Development
  • Help labs expand their business by connecting them with clinicians and promoting SprintRay’s integrated ecosystem model.
  • Support the development of reference labs, KOLs, and strategic lab partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of inside sales, business development, or outbound SDR/BDR experience.
  • Experience in dental labs, dental technology, dental supply, medical device, or a high-velocity sales environment (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outbound activity and sales quotas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel 10–20% for events, customer visits, and major conferences.

Competencies & Atributes

  • A true hunter—motivated by outbound activity, prospecting, and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed quotas and performance metrics.
  • Persuasive communicator with strong phone presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and CRM discipline.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to articulate technology value in simple terms.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
