Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruiting process, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and professional development plans
Establish and maintain effective employee relations through open communication, conflict resolution, and staff engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
Assess and improve organizational development and change management strategies
Manage employee benefits, compensation, and job evaluation programs
Analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance HR practices
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
