Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Santa Monica, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of creative projects, including coffee table books, pitchbooks, and digital layouts. If you have a passion for design and expertise in creating visually compelling materials, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Design and develop visually appealing layouts for digital and print materials, including coffee table books, brochures, and pitchbooks. - Create engaging presentation decks, utilizing advanced design skills in Microsoft PowerPoint. - Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with branding guidelines. - Leverage Adobe Creative Suite tools, such as InDesign and Illustrator, to craft detailed and visually appealing designs. - Develop creative concepts for digital advertisements, banner ads, and other promotional materials. - Ensure all designs meet industry standards and are optimized for their intended platforms. - Adapt designs based on feedback to deliver high-quality, final products. - Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into your work. - Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Strong experience in designing within Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and pitch decks. - Demonstrated ability to create detailed and well-crafted brochures and marketing materials. - Knowledge of layout design principles and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Familiarity with real estate design projects is a plus, but not required. - Creative mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
