We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst, Manufacturing to support Rivian’s Manufacturing Finance team at our Normal, Illinois plant. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to manufacturing leadership, providing financial guidance, reporting, and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making across operations. Your work will directly impact cost management, forecasting, and overall plant performance as Rivian continues to scale its operations.

Salary Range for Illinois based applicants: $78,200 - $97,700 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).
