We specialize in high-quality custom fences, decks, gates, and general carpentry for both residential and commercial clients. Titan is hiring a Fence and Carpentry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience building, installing, repairing, and maintaining fences and wood structures such as decks, gates, and pergolas. This position offers consistent, year-round work with opportunities to grow your skills.
Install, repair, and maintain various fence types: wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal
Construct custom carpentry structures including decks, trellises, pergolas, and gates
Measure and layout job sites based on blueprints or work orders
Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools
Dig post holes and set fence posts with accuracy and stability
Assess project needs, material requirements, and site conditions
Follow OSHA safety standards and local building codes
Collaborate with a team or work independently to complete projects on time
Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients regarding project progress
2+ years of hands-on experience in fencing or carpentry
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or plans
Skilled in use of saws, drills, measuring tools , and other construction equipment
Strong math and measurement abilities
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
High school diploma or equivalent (Trade school or certifications are a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
