As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for turning concepts into reality, creating unforgettable experiences for participants while ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, registration, and transportation.
• Communicate with clients to understand their goals and vision for their events.
• Research and negotiate with vendors, including venues, catering, and entertainment.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency throughout the planning process.
• Create event timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate on-site management during events to address any issues that may arise.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination for corporate and social events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
