Flagship Fire, Inc. is seeking a Special Hazards Sales Representative to join our team!

 

Flagship Fire, Inc., a full-service special hazard and explosion protection company, has an opening for an End User / Service Sales Representative. This position will be responsible for sales and customer service for both existing and new accounts.

 

The position is based in our office in Palmetto, Florida, covering a two-hour service area from this location. Customers will range from contractors to end-users and existing customers. Physical office time is required as needed, with the flexibility to work from home and on the road. The portfolio of all systems we provide (Suppression, Explosion, and Fire Protection) will be available for you to sell inspection, testing, maintenance, service contracts, and system modifications.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following business and personal qualities:

• Passionate about sales and working with a diverse customer base.
• Outgoing and personable.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate with minimal supervision – no micromanagement here!
• Team-oriented.
• Ability to balance work and life.

This position involves both inside and outside sales responsibilities, including:

• Working phones for existing leads.
• Cold calling.
• Following up on system sales for service and inspection contracts.
• Working past customer contract files.
• Conducting site surveys for new customers.
• Working with existing customers.
