Join We Are BMF , a global integrated creative marketing agency, as a Data Entry Analyst in a dynamic remote role. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting both remote and on-site teams by transforming raw data into meaningful insights. You will play a key part in remote workflows, ensuring that data collected from remote sources is accurate, actionable, and ready for decision-making. With remote collaboration at the heart of this role, you’ll be a critical contributor to our remote operations.
Conduct detailed data entry from your remote workspace: capture, import, and update data originating from remote and on-site sources.
Validate, clean, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness across remote systems and workflows.
Develop remote dashboards, reports and summaries that provide remote managers and leaders with timely insights.
Collaborate virtually with remote colleagues, field teams and on-site stakeholders to clarify data requirements and support remote data collection processes.
Maintain remote documentation, version control and archiving systems to ensure remote access and audit-ready records.
Monitor data quality metrics and remote performance indicators, identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement in remote workflows.
Assist with remote audits and compliance reviews by preparing data extracts, remote files and analytics supporting remote risk management.
Recommend and help implement remote-friendly tools, templates and procedures to streamline remote data entry, enhance remote workflow efficiency and support remote team success.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or certification in data analytics, business administration or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or administrative support roles; remote work experience is a strong plus.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, database tools and remote collaboration platforms; comfortable working in a remote environment and supporting remote stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently from a remote setting.
A reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace free from distractions, equipped to support consistent remote performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with both remote and on-site team members effectively.
Self-motivated, disciplined and able to thrive in a remote role with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of data confidentiality, version control and remote-data handling best practices.
Competitive hourly pay of $28–$34 per hour in a remote-first role.
