Schedule: Monday, Wednesday – Saturday | 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Commercial/Residential Painter to join a Tulsa-based team. This role involves preparing, repairing, and finishing surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. A successful Commercial/Residential Painter will take pride in craftsmanship, maintain safety standards, and ensure customer satisfaction on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths/masking tape and remove fixtures as needed.
• Match paint colors and mix paints to achieve desired results.
• Repair minor drywall, plaster, or wood damage before painting.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear.
• Clean up job sites and leave a tidy work environment.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven painting experience in commercial and/or residential settings.
• Knowledge of proper materials, techniques, and surface preparation.
• Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
