5 years of experience assisting with software design documents and diagrams, with familiarity in Agile development methodologies.
5 years of knowledge and hands-on experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodology and the principles and techniques of technical system analysis, design, development, and configuration.
5 years of experience documenting workflow processes based on healthcare standards, with the ability to customize, evaluate, configure, and analyze EHR systems and related business workflows.
