Job Description

Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping people? Join a dynamic team as a Call Center Representative in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. No prior experience? No problem! Training is provided, and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:
✅ Make outbound calls and provide clear, accurate information.
✅ Assist customers by answering questions and directing them to the right resources.
✅ Accurately log call details and maintain records in the system.
✅ Collaborate with management to meet quality and productivity goals.
✅ Generate at least 6 leads per day (30 per week).
✅ Make a minimum of 350+ calls per day.

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Basic computer skills and comfort using phones.
✔️ Bilingual is a plus (but not required).
