Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Burbank, California. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of business processes and consumer electronics. MUST HAVES: 1) Digital signage experience 2) Airtable is important 3) Adobe creative suite 4) Strong experience building and managing relationships Description: The Business Analyst will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our business partners and Studio Technology team. You will join a team consisting of high-performing individuals that execute a broad range of activities including content procurement, ad-hoc troubleshooting and tech support, and implementing 3rd party solutions to streamline workflows across Marketing. You will become the subject matter expert for all applications you will be working on and recommend solutions to ensure business needs are met. Responsibilities - Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and Studio Technology. - Act as subject matter expert (SME) for current knowledge regarding assigned applications in order to ensure knowledgeable business decisions. - Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills. - An ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Work with key stakeholders to gain sound understanding of their needs and to promote long-term relationships. - Provide regular updates and communicates business concerns or feedback to Product Manager/Team. - Collaborate closely and effectively with other technology teams across The Walt Disney Studios and The Walt Disney Company. - Visit multiple Disney-owned properties across the Burbank/Glendale area to meet with stakeholders and offer in-person support. - Manage issues through closure including follow ups and communication with business users.
