W2 – Only VISA : USC,L2EAD,H4EAD This position is only for W2 Candidates The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively Other duties include documentation, hands-on testing, supporting training efforts, and other project tasks as needed.  CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ~ Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. – Required- 8 Years ~ Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations. – Required- 8 Years ~ Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts. – Required- 8 Years ~ Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces. – Required- 8 Years ~(at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) – Required- 4 Years ~(at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting. – Required- 2 Years ~ Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) - Preferred – 4 Years ~ Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system - Preferred – 2 Years ~ Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) - Preferred – 2 Years ~ Experience with SharePoint - Preferred – 2 Years ~ Experience with Jira - Preferred – 1 Year ~ Experience working with the Scrum framework - Preferred – 1 Year ~ Experience with STAT - Preferred – 1 Year
