Position Summary:
The Blending Operator is responsible for preparing high-quality liquid dietary supplements and drinks by accurately mixing raw materials according to specified formulas. Using equipment such as tanks, agitators, and pumps, the operator ensures that all batches meet quality standards and are ready for the next stage of production.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in blending or compounding operations
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Basic math proficiency
• Strong organizational abilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Assemble and disassemble blending equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation.
• Perform quality checks and daily equipment inspections to ensure proper functionality.
• Stage and verify raw materials for blending according to production requirements.
• Operate blending tanks and equipment to mix ingredients accurately.
• Follow and maintain a thorough understanding of blending procedures and guidelines.
• Complete and maintain all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and assist in resolving issues related to processes or equipment.
• Provide support to other departments as needed to meet production goals.
• Follow instructions from lead operators and managers, performing additional tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment
• Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively
• Commitment to teamwork and meeting production deadlines
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

Working Conditions:

• Cleanroom environment with both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas
• Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Constant use of hands with limited breaks
