LOCATION:  Sunrise, FL

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $18/hour
• 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday

As a bilingual representative, you’ll be the front line of communication for our Spanish-speaking clientele—bridging the gap between customer needs and operational solutions. Your ability to listen, act promptly, and provide expert assistance will directly influence service quality, client loyalty, and organizational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the go-to support contact for Spanish-speaking customers, facilitating smooth interactions across departments
• Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions that promote customer confidence and retention
• Process and respond to service inquiries with accuracy and attention to policy details
• Deliver guidance on product features, updates, and service protocols
• Investigate and resolve concerns in alignment with internal timelines and quality benchmarks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in property and casualty insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage high call volumes effectively
